• The total home with a connecting Pavilion (Total 4 BR) : US $900/ month on a long term basis (minimal one year)/Net.

• If you prefer to stay only the main house (and not the Pavilion): US $700/month/net minimal one year.
  

• The Pavilion itself can be rented for $300/ month/ minimal one year.

Note: Less than a year, we will add 10% to the above rates.

All are net prices and a 10% government tax needs to be added. Basic security and gardener are separate.
